Exchange and Returns
We will only accept returns and either replace or refund you for items if they are defective or damaged from our end. If you intend to return/ exchange a product, kindly inform us by email at email@example.com within 7 days from the date of delivery with relevant images to show damage and ship it back to us in its original packaging with all tags intact. The Product will be subject to a thorough quality check in order to be eligible for a return. Huemn reserves the right to refuse returns if it is not in its original condition, or is worn, altered, washed or damaged not due to our error. End of season sale items are final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. We have a 14 day return policy from date of delivery. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after this expiry period and unless you notify us within 7 days, we will assume that you have accepted the products as being in good condition. Shipping costs for returns will be borne by you and are non-refundable. Please note that we require a proof of purchase and all refunds are processed in store credit only. Once your return is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. In case of exchange of same product, we can facilitate the same immediately. Please note we are unable to accept or accommodate merchandise exchanges on Huemn items purchased at other retail locations or other websites. Huemn does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event of return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that does not meet above the return requirements.Cancellation Policy In case you have a change in mind just after making the payment, you can drop an e-mail at (insert) with your order number on the same day and we will refund the entire amount paid by you within a reasonable period of time, usually 7-10 business days. We cannot guarantee that your cancellation request will be accepted and we reserve our right to refuse cancellations.
We process orders as soon as they are received and endeavor to deliver domestically in two weeks. If there are any reasons for us not being able to process your order, or any unforeseen delays, we will get in touch and keep you informed or refund you accordingly in store credit. A nominal shipping fee is charged on all orders. The shipping charge can be viewed at the time of placing the order and in all order related emails. This charge shall not be refunded if an item is returned or if the cancellation request is raised after the order is shipped. Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon shipment to the shipping carrier.
